Gay
Rogers is a change agent with over 20 years experience
in the nonprofit and healthcare industries. Her
ability to capitalize on an organization’s
potential for performance success has made her a
sought-after turn-around specialist for troubled
or endangered entities.
Gay
is able to quickly assess needs, strategize, prioritize
and implement change. She has both an academic background
and years of experience in the areas of organizational
assessment and diagnosis; strategic thinking, planning
and execution; turning around operational, human
and structural systems; and, coaching to develop
both strong leadership and work teams. These skills
make her the perfect Organization Development consultant
or interim executive director.
Gay’s
success in turn-around ventures is based on building
partnerships. Among her successes, she has redesigned
organizational structures and systems resulting
in a 50% increase in employee satisfaction and retention,
a 25% increase in profitability, a 33%, increase
in operational effectiveness including decreased
staff time, and a 25% increase in gross revenues.

or facilitated seminars/workshops over 250 times.
She
has her M.S. in Organizational Leadership and is
a Doctoral Candidate with The George Washington
University in Organizational and Human Performance,
concentrating on organizational change dynamics,
leadership and complex organizational systems.
