Linda T. Flynn
is a research professional with extensive experience in end-to-end
qualitative and quantitative research design, execution, analysis
and interpretation of results of a wide-range of complex studies.
Linda has the proven ability to work with all levels of management,
across all work environments, to design effective research strategy
for businesses, including determining key drivers and translating
results into actionable planning.
Linda’s
expertise lies in designing custom marketing research and all
qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including
focus groups, one-on-one interviews, user-experience and process,
traditional surveys and online research.
Prior to starting
her consulting work in 2000, Linda worked for URS as a senior
project manager for the Florida Department of Transportation.
Linda has
a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology, a master’s
degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and professional
certifications in qualitative research, quantitative research
and customer relationship management. She is affiliated with the
American Psychological Association, the European Society for Opinion
and Marketing Research (ESOMAR), the Marketing Research Association,
the American Marketing Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational
Psychology.
