We

with high quality, customized, ethical counsel. We

- Fairly
represent our qualifications and credentials.
- Contract
with clients in advance on the objectives, scope,
approach and time frame for the proposed engagement.
- Agree
with clients in advance on our fees and expenses,
and charge fees and expenses that are legitimate
and commensurate with the services we deliver and
the responsibility we accept.
- Discuss
potential conflicts of interest with clients prior
to engagement and as they may arise during the course
of an assignment.
- Clarify
roles, issues of confidentiality and ethics where
there are multi-party engagements.
- Accept
only engagements for which we are qualified by relevant
experience and competence and for which we can devote
the necessary time.
- Show
respect and regard for the sensitivities, ideals
and expectations of the organization and people
for whom we are working.
- Be
truthful and forthright with clients concerning
our observations and recommendations.
- Keep
client financial and other organizational information
strictly confidential both during and after the
contractual period.
- Respect
the materials and methods developed by clients and
other consultants and use this information only
with their permission.
- Exercise
objectivity and integrity when reviewing the work
of another professional.
- Conduct
ourselves in an ethical and professional manner.
